Located alongside the Youghiogheny River, PA Created under the instruction of Jennifer Donnelly, Gabe Nolle. During this foundational studio, our class learned to hand draft and gained experience in forming sculptural scale models with an emphasis on phenomenal transparency. Our primary project of the semester was to create two riverside pavilions; one public and one private. Throughout the semester I found myself identifying each pavilion as archetypes for my internal parental figures. The public pavilion being maternal, and private, paternal.
